Great company!
Your app is extremely easy to use. You pay claims very quickly. It gives me peace of mind that should my dog ever get really sick, Trupanion will do what’s right. I wish my own health insurance company was this easy to deal with. And whenever I’ve needed to speak to a person, I have encountered very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful people.

I have had MetLife Insurance for 9yrs for my dog who has an array of health issues. Applying for claims on the website is extremely easy and convenient. I appreciate the communication I receive during the process. If I had to make any criticism is that I didn't receive notice that my monthly payment would be increased. Everything has gone up so it wasn't a surprise but I would have liked a heads up.
