Trupanion has been insuraning my pets
Trupanion has been insuraning my pets. My sweet older dog has cancer but recently they ingested toxins. Not good. I do notice I have to watch carefully because the computer system does not realize what is the problem most times.

Very disappointed
They were very fast paying our first bill but now they keep asking for more paper work from our Vet. I have sent ALL the paperwork our vet has on Otis, he is only 1 and this is our second claim. I have sent in the paperwork 5 times. We are about to cancel this!
