I’ve had two claims so far. One took one day to process; the other took almost two weeks. That’s quite a difference. Also, you have a single reimbursement value for vaccinations. With a puppy, that value is minute when compared to the initial series of vaccinations required. There ought to be a one-time higher reimbursement value for puppy vaccinations. Customer service reps are very nice and very knowledgeable.

Best pet insurance company ever!
Besides the fact that each year the rate increases in pretty high amounts, it is otherwise beyond wonderful. Top notch customer service, fast claim compensation and great coverage. I just hope it doesnt keep increasing each year for it wont be very affordable anymore. 😔 Dealing with cancer myself, money is tight yet I want my cat taken care of as well. Keep up the great work Figo!

Very glad I purchased this insurance when my dog was young. He has chronic ear problems involving continual vet visits including appts. at a canine dermatologist at added cost. Pets Best has provided 80% coverage for the visits and the meds.
