Really straight forward, fairly priced, and responsive. I switched over from a different pet insurance provide because Pets Best has additional wellness benefits that don't cost me an arm and a leg in premiums or in vet visits.

Insurance is for when “this probably will not happen”.
Insurance is for when “this probably will not happen” happens. I am very glad I spent the money on my pets’ insurance. My little Camy contracted heartworms and required very aggressive treatments. Pets Best has excellent pet insurance. I have a dog that has chronic illnesses and I am very pleased with the insurance coverage. The claims are processed within 10 days of submission and direct deposit works well for me. The customer care representatives are Professional, caring people.

This was the first time we have ever needed the service.
This was the first time we have ever needed to use health insurance for our cats. We had an emergency visit to the vet as one of our cats ate some string out of the garbage and it tied up his intestines. Having insurance saved his life, we could not afford the surgery without it. The whole process was simple and fast. When I had questions and called, they were nice and helpful. We have since got a new garbage can with a lid that he can't open.
