We love Pets Best and have recommended…
We love Pets Best and have recommended it to family and friends alike. We have never had an issue when we goto submit out claims and they are paid in less than 5 days. We have a sense of comfort knowing that both our puppies are covered and we can get them the care they need when and if they need it. We also utilize the wellness plan which helps a little bit when off setting the cost but i would recommend you figure out how many trips to the doc you will take.

My dog Sox would like to give YOU a treat!
Sox does everything right. She eats healthy meals. She gets regular exercise. She goes to school. She visits the beauty parlor. And she gets plenty of sleep. But a dogs life isn’t perfect. Every once in a while she feels a little down in the dumps. Luckily, because of YOU she can see her doc without fear of spending all that hard earned dog treat money on medicine. And for that she says “Wooooof”!

I have been with Pets Best for over 2 years. I am so happy and pleased with my choice! It is completely hassle free and quick reimbursement. My vet send the paid bill, Pets Best sends me an email confirming that they received it and in one week or less I have a direct deposit into my account. You MUST read all of the information before choosing your plan. I think that some people do not do this and then write a negative review. Great customer service!

Pets Best is a great insurance policy to have and I'm so thankful I purchased this for my female dachshund three years ago, she just recently was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, she is not doing well and I am truly heartbroken but I have peace of mind knowing that some of her medical bills will be paid with her policy.

Better than any human insurance company
I have had coverage with Figo for the past 2 years, and they continue to impress me! There are some coverage exclusions, but they are all clearly explained before you sign up for your plan. Filing a claim could not be easier, and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours. When my pup needed an expensive surgery, I was able to submit vet records ahead of time for pre-approval, so I knew that the procedure should be covered. Thanks for everything, Figo!
