Trupanion was there for my rescue dog and me when she ingested a foreign object less than two weeks after I brought her home from the shelter. The employees on the phone who helped me were courteous and patient during that stressful time, and I'm impressed with the amount of time they were willing to spend with me over the course of several calls. The company reimbursed the eligible portion of the bill quickly, which was very helpful. I am grateful to have Trupanion's coverage for Liza. Thank you.

I have serious concerns about Pet Best
I have serious concerns about Pet Best. I signed up my new puppy, against my better judgment, my 8 year old Shih Tuzu was on this and they paid nothing when she got sick. My puppy....I took her to get her first immunizations and I submitted the claim and they said she had maxed out her claims.....it was the first claim she had ever had. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Find something better than this.

We paid for insurance on our dog starting in fall of 2016, and never missed a payment. This spring, my payment somehow didn't go through, and they cancelled my policy! All of their emails went into my spam folder so I had no idea. Now my dog's back was hurt and I was left without insurance without my knowledge.
