It takes to long to get reimbursed, and the ach fee is way to high, but the insurance is not bad.

Beware hidden costs
Every month, I’m paying to get nothing paid back when I visit the vet. This is due to a “per policy” deductible, where you must pay $300 (for example) and then you will be covered. If your pet gets a skin infection once, you will pay. However, if it happens multiple times, eventually Trupanion will pay. The way this system is set up inherently burdens the pet owner with serious costs up! Annual deductibles make more sense when it comes to favorable pay outs to the consumer rather than a per condition deductible.

The smartest thing I ever did was to choose Trupanion for my pet’s insurance. I knew when I brought him home at 8 weeks old I wanted to ensure my decisions regarding his health care were based on what is best for him, not necessarily my pocketbook. Very easy process
I would like to send emails when filing a claim. But I don't like scanning everything in to do that. You do have a fax machine and use that. And it's easy as 1 2 3. The claim analysis is completed quickly. And receiving a direct deposit is even more quick.
