Some of us do prefer more personable contacts and interactions, for inquiries and clarification. Personal connections via phone or FaceTime or zoom makes a huge statement on sensitivity and caring.

we have had nothing, but great service with trupanion. ever time we have called we have ALWAYS had a very nice customer service person assist us. i will never have a pet and not have them insured with trupanion.
