Good service and coverage
Highly recommend MetLife for pet insurance! They offer good coverage for injury/accident protection as well as preventative care. Their claims submission process is simple and easy. Pets Best is a nightmare
Pets Best is a nightmare. It's taken over 40 days to have 1 vet visit "reviewed". The repeated requests for a full year of records for a dog just adopted from the shelter is absurd. Submitting LA County Animal Care records to be told they're "invalid". If it wasn't so time consuming and irritating, the ignorance would be hilarious.
