Excellent service but a little pricy.
Excellent service. Time needed for a claim is minimal with very accurate results per agreement. Prices escalate on age and reach a point where it may be best to not insure unless your dog has preexisting serious problems.

Expanisve coverage and quick reimbursement
Nationwide whole pet covers up to 90% of most procedures, which is incredible. The reimbursement is quick as well. However, the monthly premiums are a bit high.

getting Faster and easier.
This claim was the fastest repayment yet by Nationwide in the 3 years I believe our policies have been open. 10 day turn around vs the more common 25-28. Have been debating switching companies due to some more challenges in submission and speed of repayment. Will hold off and see how subsequent claim processes go.

Nationwide is a great value
This is our first pet together and getting nationwide insurance has been such a blessing with all of the puppy costs. We have saved so much investing in the insurance and we feel like we are safe to allow our puppy to grow and explore knowing that she’s covered by insurance if she ever did get sick.

I have a 6.5 year old french bulldog…
I have a 6.5 year old french bulldog who was insured by Nationwide through my job's old benefit offering. When they switched to new medical plan, they were no longer a partner with Nationwide so I was on a new hunt for pet insurance for my pup. I did extensive research and decided to go with ASPCA. My dog has been healthy most of her life, with only minor issues such as allergies...however, as soon as I switched over to this insurance, we started having a few medical issues with her which at first seemed like scary health scares. Let's just say in my first 3 months of ASPCA, we had over $1,500 of vet bills from emergency visits. ASPCA was very quick to review and approve all claims. I was honestly, shocked. I was sure they would give us issues since we've only been on the plan for a few months, but they didn't...at all. I uploaded all of our bills, posted all the explanations and all of my claims were processed between 1-2 weeks. I have heard horror stories about insurance companies denying coverage for a multitude of crazy reasons and as nervous as I was about ASCPA, I couldn't be happier about my choice. I am hoping that they will continue providing the level of support as they have these last few months, for the rest of my dog's life. I should also add that for a 6.5 year old french bulldog, her plan is comparable in price (note- it's not cheap, but neither is any other company for a middle aged pure bred dog( to some of the more expensive insurance companies, but she gets much more coverage through ASPCA for what I pay than with any of the other competitors. ASPCA also does not consider a condition preexisting if the animal hasn't shown symptoms of it in 6+ months, which is unheard of in this industry.
