Very professional and compassionate customer service. Claim response is very quick. I have heard from two vets also that their experience with Trupanion out rates other pet insurance companies. When I get another dog, my first call will be to set up health coverage with Trupanion again.

I would encourage anyone getting a new puppy to sign up for Trupanion pet insurance. My dog Jack was diagnosed with arthritis in his hips when he was only 2 years old, so this has been a life saver! Trupanion was there to help with the tests, vet visits, and to cover 90% of the medication he will need for the rest of his life!
