Is anybody there?
I am interested in pet ins. Decided on Healthy Paws but had a couple of questions. I have tried and tried to get a human to answer their phone with no results. I have even tried all their extensions, nothing but please hold recordings. I have left my number for call back when prompted and no, nada, return calls. What gives?

Caring and simple process following a loss
Embrace was extremely caring and very easy to deal with through the loss of my pet. The entire process was simple and fair. Embrace also cares to take the effort to provide comfort for during that hard time which I have not experienced elsewhere, even from my pets primary doctor.

Pay the entire bill & stop raising the prices so high on policies.
I pay a lot of money a monyh & would really like each claim paid in full and all preventive healthcare” heartworm & flea” paid in full for the year for each dog not just $50.00. if I could change companies I would look for a better company but am unable to do that since my pets are now seniors and wouldn’t be able to get them insurance anywhere else so I am screwed even with my 2yr. Old.

Nationwide (formerly VPI) has always been very easy to deal with.....claim submission process is simple, they keep you updated during the process, and you can receive payment electronically. No complaints.

Would recommend Nationwide
I would definitely recommend Nationwide for Pet Insurance. Claims are handled quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that lately I have had to re-send attachments (invoices), being told they had not been received previously. This has caused delay in being reimbursed. This just happened again, when I sent the attachment twice before.
