We have had two family dogs covered under Nationwide. Both dogs were insured all of their lives. We love them forever and think NW is the best for helping you do the best you can for the health of your pet. Our cocker is now eight years old and going strong!

Terrible Company Customer service is horrible, No return calls or answering of emails
I should have done my research. The puppy came with six weeks insurance. I continued the insurance. Customer service is friendly but totally useless. No replies to emails, no return phone calls. On the website it says will advise claims stats in one to three days. What a joke. I call the customer service to speak to a manager...put on hold for ten mins. They are all in a meeting....horrible...you are basically paying premiums and receive a magazine and no customer service or coverage. So disappointed in this company. Buyer beware.
