claims are always easy with Trupanion. I am still annoyed with you for not allowing my amazing swim therapist, who pioneered the method 20 years ago, to be used by other patients because she is missing some silly certificate. Connie Frank was recommended by my dog's ortho surgeon -- he's considered the best in the country. So why won't you cover her work anymore?
