My claim was denied because my puppy had a previous issue of swallowing an object within 18 months. I had not known of this rule before I signed for pet insurance. Beware of this ruling before enrolling in Pets Best Pet Insurance

The Family plan is great option!
The Family plan covering multiple pet is a great option. Very easy to use website and process. Hopefully never have to put in a claim but if I do hopefully just as easy. So I would recommend the family plan to anyone with multiple pets!

I was skeptical
I was skeptical, but it was relatively easy to make a claim as long as you keep records, and reimbursement for my dog’s vet bills was reasonably prompt. Their website is friendly & easy to navigate.
