Westside Animal Hospital takes their fear-free pledge seriously. Staff took ample time for our puppy to get comfortable with them prior to treatment and didn’t act rushed when taking time to answer our additional questions. They even offered to have our puppy come for a “happy visit” where he would just get treats/pets from staff members and no treatment.

My family started with Westside Animal Hospital 40 years ago when we got out first family dog. When I moved back to Durham and got my first dog, I knew exactly where I was going for his care. My Labrador Retriever absolutely LOVES going to Westside Animal Hospital - all of the staff are wonderful with him, know him on sight and have been amazing with their information, options and care. I find them extremely reasonably priced, also make sure to offer rebates, etc. and are respectful of my decisions on options for his care. I recommend them to anyone looking for pet care!

Great experience! I took my sweet boys for a wellness exam and vaccines and the receptionist, vet tech, and vet were all amazing! They answered all my questions, gave great recommendations and were great with my cats!

Seen very soon. The staff was professional and friendly, I saw Dr Grossi. He was kind and took enough time to explain and answer questions. I completely trust my dogs care to them. Veterinary care is not cheap but Westside is reasonably priced. Also very clean!
