I highly recommend this company!

I was at the vets yesterday for a follow-up pancreatitis problem. I paid my account and the receptionist by mistake asked for payment to clinic. While i was still talking to the ladies, Trupanion called and before i got home, the claim had been paid. Quick reimbursement. Great service. I was with another company and once claims were submitted, the deductible went up and the condition was no longer covered. I highly recommend Trupanion.

Have three of our four dogs insured and the coverage has been a huge help, especially with the two that were diagnosed with Valley Fever. Considering adding our newest addition in near future.

Thank goodness for Nationwide Pet Insurance!

Very easy to file my claim and detailed instructions on how to. Also, when I called to ask a specific question, the representative I spoke with, was very helpful and friendly. Thanks, Nationwide!

Get Insurance before you get dog otherwise everything is a pre existing condition

Denied all claims for a UTI months after having insurance due to pre existing condition. Submitting claims is a hassle and customer support will only read off a script and offer no additional details.

Best decision ever!

This insurance has saved us on more than one occasion. We highly recommend them to anyone we know with a pet. Their website is very user-friendly and submitting a claim is completely stress-free. Their customer service is also great.

Most pleased with ease of submission and prompt payment of claim

Researched several other pet insurance companies and felt this was best not only for my dogs but also my financial situation.

When my beloved Lexie sustained a severe fracture of his leg, my ASPCA insurance saved his leg and my heart!

My beautiful and super active 7 year old Silken Wind Hound Lexie sustained a severe open fracture of his front leg while galloping through a field at the end of January. The emergency vet was talking about amputation and I was terrified that his life would never be the same. Fortunately, the orthopedic surgeon was able to repair it with a metal plate but he had a complicated course by two post surgical infections (I literally had to hold his leg together with my hand in the field where he broke it so the wound got contaminated) and a second surgery to remove the plate once the bone was healed to completely cure the infection. Lexie required very intensive and expensive care for almost 6 months but never once did ASPCA question or hesitate to cover the costs. Because his medical costs were covered I was able to afford in home help to take care of him during those terrible first 8 weeks which meant I could continue to go to work. I have ASPCA insurance for every one of my two dogs and 3 cats and I will never be without it! Thank you to ASPCA and Lexie’s orthopedic surgeon for giving Lexie back a fully functional leg!
