Helped ease the stress
This was our second (and last!) time around with our dog Wally swallowing a rock! The surgery was very expensive but it was a HUGE relief to know we had insurance. It's stressful enough worrying about our little guy in surgery...and the 2-3 week rehab process afterward, but having the claim covered helped ease the stress. Thank you Pets Best!

Claims are processed in a day or two. Claim explanations are very easy to understand. If I don't understand something, I call. Customer service is very helpful and explains it to me.

Process was easy and pretty timely
I recently rescued a little dog from a hoarding situation. She had been vetted but after about two weeks she developed diarrhea. When it did not clear up I had to take her to the vet. The bill was over $300 which I submitted but only part of it was covered which I understood seeing the response. Process was easy and pretty timely.
