So easy to make the claims. I am so glad I had the coverage when we had this emergency. When the vet came in with her plan of action, I didn’t have to consider whether I could afford this or not. I knew I had 90% coverage.

ASPCA pet insurance is definitely the right choice!
This company is wonderful! Their coverage is outstanding and it is very easy to file a claim. The personal service I have received from ASPCA Is absolutely the best. They are fast and courteous, personally check in on your pet with you, and I even got a get well card in the mail last week for my dog.

Every pet owner should purchase pet insurance because our pets will experience getting ill and hurt during their short lives, and having an insurance company, specifically Nationwide, will help you through those difficult times, not only financially but by giving you peace of mind during those difficult times. Great service
My dog was bitten by a snake on the foot. Had to spend the night in a veterinarian ER. Also required a follow up visit with his normal vet. Both claims settled quickly. Great to have peace of mind knowing my dog gets the best health care.

It took a while to hear back, but coverage was great!
Everything was covered so no complaints there! I was very happy to finally hear back and get that news. However the time it took had me in a tight spot financially for a while. I just got out of school and got a job (where I get my pet insurance from) and of course she decided to get sick right when I was completely broke haha. Submitting the claim was easy. It took a long time because old vet records were requested, which I expected and have no complaints about. Then I got those documents and submitted. Then I got a letter after the 30 days that said another 30 days was needed. So while I understand that these things take time, it was about 3-4 months. It would have been nice to hear back sooner but again, overall I am very happy and thankful it was covered. Thank you!
