Very pleased, rapid claim processing for a large surgery, and a personal follow up email on Christmas eve after the surgery asking how our dog was doing!

Overall it was a good experience
My German Shepherd, Abby, was relatively healthy for most of her life. We had incidents here and there, but when we needed to submit a claim not once in 12 years did we have any issues with the company response. What stands out to me the most is how they surprised me when they told me to submit a claim for euthanization and cremation when I called them to close Abby's account. I did not expect that and it was a gracious act at a hard time.

So pleased with Nationwide
My pup has had some orthopedic issues, including surgery. I have never had to make any major claims so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have been so impressed with Nationwide. One of the best decisions I've ever made
No loving pet parent wants their pets to develop illnesses. But, just like people, they easily can. Medications for illnesses can be much more costly than the vet appointments and having the insurance is far better than having to refuse care for your pet due to cost. And with the increasing availability of specialty practices, having the insurance is far better than waiting until you wish you did have it.
