Shameful
My dog’s claim was denied due to evidence of a pre existing condition. The pre existing condition was because of a lab test and observations I made at home. A specialist examined her, did full blood, and Urinanalysis and found her to be in perfect health. The specialist called the company and explained this, but they still refuse the claim. There is no third party monitoring, so they can do what they like and use any reason, weather valid or not, to deny a claim. Disappointing.

Efficient, polite and timely
Having a new puppy can be stressful to say the least. Stressful in the way of expenses, making sure the puppy is healthy and happy. My husband and I looked into pet insurance now because in the past, we didn't get it for our other dogs and the expenses were astronomical! Having pet insurance is, in my opinion, as important as human medical insurance because the pet can't tell you what's wrong and the diagnosis trying to figure out the problem can be quite costly. ASPCA Pet Insurance is the best insurance for what we need. There are many out there but ASPCA gave us a greater choice of options that works for us! The folks in customer service is beyond accommodating and kind. They are very knowledged and experienced and answered all my questions.

Worst Insurance Company Ever
This company doesn’t pay for anything! Don’t ever get them for your pet! We were recommended them from our Vet, so we thought they would be great as our Vet is amazing ! These people are ridiculous !!!! Even after our “waiting” period they still haven’t paid anything new with any new visits we’ve had !!!! I’m done paying y’all $40 a month for you to just collect my money and not help us in return and do an actual claim! Please go somewhere else for pet insurance!

We are very pleased with pets best so…
We are very pleased with pets best so far. We submitted a claim for our dog who was spayed. Only had the insurance a month and after pets best paid the vet we only had to pay 50 dollars which was for a microchip. Our only complaint was how long it took to process the claim for reimbursement which was 5 weeks. We definitely recommend them and will continue to ourselves. Small monthly fee for big peace of mind

Best care for my baby
This is by far the best pet insurance out there! I spent weeks calling every company and to determine the actual coverage for my baby. Pekingese can be prone to multiple hereditary issues that most insurance companies will not cover. Hartsville has by far the best coverage for any issue out there. It has been the best decision that I have ever made. The claims process is simple and the claims are paid quickly. I also loved the fact that I was able to choose my deductible amount, percentage of repayment, and yearly Max on claims. Love the company and the customer service is amazing, I can tell they are really concerned and involved in making sure you are able to get the best possible care for your fur baby.
