Because I've had such a wonderful experience using Trupanion. You actually pay on claims. Every customer service rep is lovely. I tell everyone to get Trupanion. It feels like an honest company. The pet insurance I had for my dog, Buster, who's no longer with us, was a very shady company. Trupanion is the polar opposite.

Do Not waist your money or time!
Do Not waist your money or time. They make up definition for other reasons than what your pet had done at the vet. You will have to fight to get your monody back.
