The bills for my pet were hanled great. We have an issue with my daughters pet bill. You declined it several times and are currently reviewing an appeal. You have denied the requests based on comments ina repport.there was no definitive test done to prove vets thoughts. If you deny i plan to send a letter to your ceo and possibly if no resolution may contact the media. We paid in good faith and you fine print is your way out. The claims process is quick and easy, the communication about the process via text and email is awesome as well. I did not have to interact with anybody this time but every time I do they are friendly and polite and show genuine concern for helping out both myself and my cat Gromit!

The claims process through Trupanion is very simple and quick. It only took a couple of minutes to submit multiple claims and I had my reimbursement checks in less than 2 weeks! Their website is easy to navigate, and user friendly!
