The turn around on process the claims is quick & using direct deposit gets the money to me quickly. Any time I have had to speak with a customer service person, they have been knowledgeable helpful & kind.

Itchy relief by Trupanion.
Trupanion has always paid exactly how the policy has outlined. Our dog has had allergies since she was a pup and has received allergy pills & shots. I submit the claims & Trupanion pays in a timely period and the amount that we applied for. We have proceeded with getting a determination of her allergies and hope to have some answers soon. Thank you!
