Dog poisoned in back yard, happy to have the pet insurance to help our dog recuperate and assist in the veterinary costs.
For an older person, the claims processed has not been easy for me. I thought that I completed the process by App, evidently not. Today, I did have a wonderful Claims Representative, Mindy, who tried every way to help me through the claims process. She was kind, personable and thorough. I was very pleased to have reached her for assistance.

Best benefits for best price
Did a lot of price checking and saw that Prudent has the best benefits for the beat price. I actually get pet insurance with a preferred member price through my job. But even then Prudent was only $2 more expensive but had a higher limit. So decided to go with them. Overall, have had a good experience so far!
