We've had insurance for Bugs for about 7 years now. I've always been grateful for the wellness plan and reimbursements for general appointments during the year. This year Bugs has been diagnosed with Cushings and some other issues due to that diagnosis. Amazing experience
We have used Healthy Paws for about a year and have been blown away by their excellent service. Their app makes is very easy to submit claims (it literally just takes seconds) and, most importantly, they pay out the claims. We only had our little kitten for three months before he sadly developed a terminal illness. We paid about $60 in premiums during that time, and Healthy Paws ended up reimbursing $6000 of hospital bills, no questions asked. They also sent a heartfelt condolence card. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
