Trial Paid Off
I took my kitten in for his final set of vaccines and was offered a 30 day trial of Trupanion. I accepted & I ended up using it without ever thinking I would. 2 weeks after his vaccines/exam he had a mass in his foot. Even though it was the trial period they paid a portion of the invoice.

You people continually screw up the…
You people continually screw up the claims I submit. I have yet to submit a claim that doesn’t require me contacting you to get the claim properly processed. I’m still waiting on a claim from January where you have yet to pay for the valley fever test for my dog Charlie. In my most recent claim you only processed part of the claim. I submitted 5 allergy prescriptions and you only processed 3. What is wrong with you people.

Trupanion has gotten our cat through cancer, and now that she’s a senior they are helping her through her later years. It’s very comforting to know she will be able to live out her senior years with us, without worrying about vet costs.

This was a disappointing experience
This was a disappointing experience. The process took a month. I've also learned I was given wrong information when creating this account which could potentially cost me more than $1000 down the road. Lack of training on their part will cost me. New members call back and review your chosen plan with several people before finalizing. Make sure you spoke with someone that knew what they were doing. They love to argue with you, which is the poorest is customer service.

Waste of money you do not get very much omoney back your paying for something that isn’t paying out out of a 9,600 dollar surgery I got 500 dollars and out of 1200 vet visit I got 35 dollars???
Pay out if I pay for 2000 of coverage I want that much coverage I’m paying out but not getting what I’m paying for I’m better off not having insurance I’m paying out more than I’m getting back
