Trupanion quick to respond to claim
Trupanion is quick to respond and having my insured portion of the vet bill paid "up front" really helps. In this recent case my bill was quite significant and having Trupanion's share paid directly to the vet helped lessen the "blow" to my finances.

Had to Appeal Same Condition Twice
I am tired of having to get my vet to appeal my dog's allergy claims repeatedly. I've been denied large amounts of coverage funds for several months over an issue we already appealed and won a year or so ago but have had to appeal and win a second time for the same condition. I do not want to go through this again.
