My pup had an perianal fistula at age 2. After surgery to have it removed it came back a few months later. After treating it again surgically I checked into acupuncture as a preventative. It's been a year now and no fistula, thanks to acupuncture and Chinese medication. Trupanion has paid 90% of all expenses after my deductible was paid. The acupuncture and Chinese meds will be a life long preventative and it is covered. I am so thankful I made the decision to put insurance on my new pups. I work part time at a Veterinary clinic and I recommend Trupanion to all new pet owners. Fist

Smooth Process
Trupanion has such a slick process from the beginning of a claim to the end. This last claim I filed literally took 4 days in which to process. Can't say enough good about them. If I ever need to talk to a customer service rep, they are always friendly and extremely helpful. Love them!
