Terrific excellent responses never had issue
Can honestly say I have no issues I put in a claim and it gets processed and that is it if there is a question they call the vet very happy with them would highly recommend giving them a chance I think they are a top insurance company for your pet

Increasing policy premiums
I called in recently when my policy renewed for one of my two dogs because the premium had gone up AGAIN for the 3rd year in a row. Unfortunately for my dog she has had to have two Cruciate surgeries and she’s only 3 years old. Having said that, I already pay a heavy premium for her because she’s a Rottweiler. They were unable to reasonably justify why my premium had gone up $15.00 per month over the past 2 years. They said they take “statistical information” from surrounding neighbourhoods and base increases on that. Makes no sense. If I had no issues with my dog I would’ve cancelled my policy. In short, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Trupanion has been a terrific partner in my pets care. They work with all of my vets, approve quickly so the vets can proceed with crucial last minute procedures, and pay quickly as well. Insurance is a must have for all pet owners who care about their pets -- and Trupanion is by far the best company out there.

Healthy Paws is the best!!!
We have had healthy paws since 2015 and would highly recommend them to any dog owner. Our two beagle mixes have had all major expenses covered by Healthy Paws. Claims are paid promptly and the online process to submit claims is easy. Healthy Paws is the reason our dogs have been able to receive the very best medical care. Both "Chilly" dog and "Buster" dog give them 5 wags!

Trupanion Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver!
Trupanion Pet Insurance has been wonderful. We signed up for it when we adopted our girl Bella at age 4 months. She is now 7 years old and we are so pleased with the care, ease of filing a claim, responsiveness and turnaround of processing our claims we will continue with Trupanion for other pets in the futures dropped highly recommend them to anyone. Our girl had liver cancer and we thought we may lose her and during that stressful time it was nice to know we had Trupanion to help with the costs, which ultimately helped to save her so we have for for much longer. We are so grateful.
