Very good claim experience
Our most recent experience was pretty seamless. One of our dogs was diagnosed with a serious condition recently. I submitted all bills and soap notes and the claim was paid within a week or 10 days at most. The info about the payout was clear and easy to access.

When I first purchased the policy for my adopted dog; I didn't know anything about her. She was found on the street and had NO tags or chip. Emaciated etc. I had one hell of a time getting my first claim paid. I had to speak to an American salesman. He fixed it so that ALL of the proof and paperwork I sent them at least 5 times was confirmed as true and I haven't had a problem since. I have renewed the policy. Excellent company but the people that answer the phones are simply over seas operators that don't know ins and outs. No fault of there own.
