Couldn't be more satisfied!

Our year-old English Bulldog ate a toy which blocked his small intestine. He required bowel resection, hospitalization, and medication - a hefty vet bill. Embrace responded quickly to the faxed claim, gave a detailed explanation of benefits, and sent the check promptly. First rate service on all fronts.

Best Experience

Embrace has been a please to deal with. I like how they instantly respond to anything you send them and the quick turn around time on claims. I never thought the experience would be so easy.

Peace of Mind

Good coverage BUT it woul cost LESS if nail trimmings were covered rather than treating a tear with an infection!Spaying should be covered 100% ! I know that my "Bella"- a Cherian will be healthy because I have insurance for her. Preventative care should be covered 100% so that more serious illnesses and injuries will not occur.

My Hollybelle is important to me ,now so is aspca

As a Shituz,my Hollybelle always had sinus and nasle problems.I read about ASPCA pet ins. and decided to purchase the level two plan. One day while taking a walk, she ran around so fast she fell over trying to get her breath. Of course this scared daylights out of me, so I took her to my vet, who then suggested I go to Ohio State to have her heart and all chked out. The cost of eeg's and ekg's were costly, but thanks to my insurance most was covered and handled in a fine and fast way. I was so surprised to receive my check!!! I would recomend anyone that loves their pet, and will need help with the bills, they should purchase this Ins. I know I'll always have it from now on.

Boy it helps

I had a dog that was very accident prone including being bitten by a snake. I now have a dog that just got off medication for Valley Fever and another dog that recently was treated for an anal infection. Pet insurance has been a great financial health. I highly recommend having insurance on your four footed loved ones.

review of claim/Embrace Pet Insurance

So far I fell comfortable with embrace Pet insurance, I would like however to see them prioneer into insurance coverage similar to human health care, more proventive coverage. Also GPA Chips that can locate your loss animal via cell phone instead of microchips, which rely on some one to takr the animal to a vet/hosp that is eqiuped to scan the animal. I'm sure cost can be cut by the sure numbers of peple served. K Neale

You saved my baby!!!

When I started looking for a new pet insurance company, my dog, Sampson, was 9 years old. I spent a LOT of time searching for insurance that would cover an older dog for more than just accident insurance, and was happy to come across Pets Best for my peace of mind. Little did I know at the time that in just a few months, I would be needing that peace of mind desperately, because Sampson suddenly got hit by several serious ailments all at the same time: he had a seriously enlarged prostate and needed surgery, came down with Valley Fever, and also was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. I was beside myself with anxiety and worry for my baby, but the one thing I didn't have to worry about was being able to get him the medical care he needed. Without Pets Best, I couldn't have afforded the treatments he had to get or the medications he has to take. Of course, he has also had the usual garden variety things that needed treatment, too, like ear infections and a tummy bug. All of those things added up and Pets Best has been so great about taking care of all my claims. They process them right away, deposit the money directly into my account, and cover a whole lot more than other insurances do at far lower rates. For someone like myself, who is disabled and living on a very limited income, Pets Best has been a lifesaver, not only for my wallet, but also very literally for Sampson. I am thrilled to say that he is doing great and had his 11th birthday in February!!! I can hones

Trupanion is great

We have a three year old lab, Gunner. We signed on with Trupanion as soon as we got him. Trupanion processed numerous claims for us, the most recent being for TPLO surgery - a spendy one. Trupanion is always easy to reach with questions and is prompt with processing (provided the vet gets them the necessary paperwork). This particular claim took much longer than usual to process as a result of paperwork issues on the vet's end. I highly recommend them.

Straightforward AND quick

I researched and read reviews for many many canine insurance plans. I didn't want money to dictate any decisions I might need to make should the unforeseen happen. They, unlike many companies, also included alternative therapies like acupuncture, which I thought would come in handy during later years with managing arthritis and such. I was planning for his future, and never dreamed I would use it end up needing it just 2 years in. My little man is now four and a half years old (Lab) and ended up having a High Velocity Disc Herniation, most likely from Intervertebral Disc Disease, just two weeks ago now. It was a scary time, especially in the beginning when no one really knew what was going on. X-Rays weren't showing anything much useful, and an MRI was recommended as the most likely method to help accurately diagnose. With all the pressure on a dog's spinal chord these herniations cause, a quick analysis must be made to avoid permanent damage. Many times surgery is needed, and the chances of a near full recovery are exponentially greater when the surgery is done within 36 hours. Fortunately, I didn't have to weigh my finances against giving my best friend his greatest chance at being a happy normal dog for years to come. Perhaps more fortunately, surgery was not needed, but without the MRIs we would not have known. It's two weeks later, and he's still being boarded at an animal in-patient rehab facility, but he is making remarkable progress. It has been 8
