Healthy Paws is totally AMAZING!
I purchased Premium Pet Health Insurance from Healthy Paws in 2013...........Thank God! They have been exceptional in customer service , reimbursement & follow up. Our 13 year young Goldendoodle, Bella , recently went through two life threatening illnesses within the last 2 months...Our bills totaled over $11.000, and Healthy Paws didn't hesitate to reimburse us for 90% of our claim. The people that work there are compassionate and caring. Our Bella has bounced back beautifully ( still getting mistaken for a Pup ! ) - thank you Healthy Paws for everything!

i never had pet insurance until I got my Abby. They have been wonderful with reimbursement of my funds in such a quick manner. My vet sends in the claims, they let me know they rec'd them and then money appears in my checking account with an explanation of benefits sent by email. I could not be happier with them.

So, I have the wellness and accidental on my bulldog and it's been worth it. I work at a hospital bed that offers let plans. Nationwide has helped pay for vet visits, shots, and medications. Yes, his deductible had to be met first but it's been a life saver.

For the past 7 year I have been happy…
For the past 7 year I have been happy but the last few months that has changed. I took my pet in for a problem in her mouth and the vet couldn't make an exact diagnosis. There were several things it could be including a foxtail stuck in the back of her tounge. Pets Best determined it was periodontal dieses and wouldn't pay the claim. I took her in for an ear infection and my claim Sat on a desk for13 days before anyone even looked at it. It was determined the vet needed to be called and put in another pile. The only problem was that he could not see the tax on the invoice so the amt charged and the amt paid didn't match. I emaiied then called to see what the hold up was (15) days now. If I had been told at that time about the discrepancy I could have emailed the invoice again and solved the problem. I sent in the claim Aug 28 it is now Sept 15 and I still haven't been reimbursed. Not Happy!!!!!
