The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The employees really seem to care and know how to advise customers. It is SO easy to file a claim and their app is very user friendly.

Great service and stress free claims
I was very pleased with the stress free way I was able to make my claim. My vet sent in the claim request. Trupanion sent me an approval within a day or two. I paid my portion to the vet after surgery and the rest was taken care of by Trupanion.
