We chose, after careful deliberation, to go with Embrace for our 3 yr old bulldog. We were a little nervouse because our dog has some kind of random issue throughout the years and we were afraid that he wouldn't be covered. We have already been to the doctor 2 times for these random issues since we enrolled with Embrace and we know we made a great choice. Each time we filed a claim, they responded right away via e-mail and were very easy to work with to complete the claim. We have saved so much money already and I wish we would have set this up earlier.

I received an email advising that there was an error for my claim filing and I should have received an reimbursment. I wanted to give Embrace a big thank you for double checking this for me and being honest! They sure are a great company to trust!

My Yorkie Duke pulled out one of his nails while attempting to jump a baby gate. Sent in the claim and in three weeks received a check for 80% after the $100.00 deductible. Couldn't be more satisfied.

good to have it when you need it. Without insurance, some years ago, it cost $2,000 to fix a broken leg in our Yorkie.recently our silky, LuLu, injured her paw.

I have made yet another claim, and it has once again been handled SO efficiently, and in a very timely manner. The customer service at this company is second to none, and I don't understand why every pet owner doesn't have pet insurance. Embrace makes it so easy.

We signed up our ten-week-old pup Cleo for a free Petsecure trial from our vet. The 48-hour waiting period after they faxed our application ended on a Friday night...and first thing Saturday morning, we had a rapidly declining Cleo at the vet with what turned out to be Parvo. She was hospitalized for five long days and nights of excellent veterinary care, and after submitting extra medical records (and a long postal strike), today we received our cheque totaling almost $1300. Cleo has made a fast and thorough recovery, so of course, we are very thankful, but are considering other insurance companies due to the disparate monthly rates. Petsecure and Purina Care are underwritten by the same company, but the monthly rates for their premium plans differ by over $20. Whatever company we choose, we were certainly glad to give Cleo a fighting chance without the stress of the mounting bills.
