great easy claims
great easy claims. our dog is 13 and we have had Trupanion for all those years. there is a deductible but payments are made within a week after that has been met. happy with this company!

Owning and caring for a French Bulldog is a huge responsibility! Trupanion has been there for us along this bumpy ride. Great customer service!! Easy billing reimbursement...a caring ear to listen. No... premiums for any insurance are not perfect...however these guys do it right!!

Fast pre-approval
Trupanion was fast with prior approval as I was waiting at the Veterinary hospital-within seconds. I only paid my portion of the bill and Trupanion took care of the rest with the Veterinary hospital.
