A Caring Per Insurance Provider With Fair & Quick Claim Reimbirsements
VPI/Nationwide has always been there for our pets, covering medical expenses that we would otherwise not be prepared to pay. They also follow up to check how recovery is going.

I have been using Pets Best 3 months. I had gotten my puppies yearly shots with the reimbursement they state. I felt like it took way too long for it to process, but they did send out an Email that I originally missed, apologizing for the delay. I wish I seen the Email before I gave them a negative review. So far, everything has been great & customer service was very professional explaining to a dummy (me) how pet insurance operates.

Figo is absolutely the best!
We lost one of our golden retrievers at 10 years old from lymphoma cancer. After she passed I immediately purchased insurance for our other 10 year old from Figo. Within 10 months time, she ended up having a cancerous tumor in her stomach. With all of the bills from our local vet, the emergency vet and the university surgery department our bills were a whopping $18,000. Figo paid them with in 5 days of submitting them. When I called them to say she passed away they even sent me a hand signed card. I would never have another insurance company, Figo is the best!!

Great Coverage Options
They offered great coverage options with a multiple plan approach. We were able to select an accident only type of plan for our middle age dog with minimal health problems. Unlike some other plans we were able to add wellness type options to an accident only plan. I can only imagine that there are larger coverage options have better coverage. The claims are easy to view and track online with direct deposit that has generally been quick.

Healthy Paws he’s been absolutely amazing to work with! Submission of invoices and medical records is very simple, reimbursement is performed in a timely manner, and communication has always been very straightforward and smooth. Waste of money
They claim they tell you requirements prior to signing up then they refuse to pay out claims they are a fortune per month especially when you may only insure animal They cannot answer questions in advance they want you to see vet pay money to vet and then they decide if they will cover even though you mentioned issues having with pet I do not reccomond I just cancelled my policies immediately!
