Seek help when needed without worry
My dog has suffered from allergies the last couple of years and requires medication much of the year. Your coverage has been great. He also had torn ACLs on his back legs. The coverage was great. I am very pleased because I don't hesitate seeing the vet.

Didn't cover medication
Something that should be covered was rejected. I am going to call to complain and get an answer. If medicine for an illness isn't covered why do I even have pet insurance
