MetLife Pet Insurance is a great product.
I have had MetLife Pet Insurance for 3 plus years. The app is very easy to use. The policy options are great. The claims turn around time is quick and reimbursements are always deposited fast. The only negative I find is the policy price. Seems a little expensive but you also get what you pay for.

Claims are a joke. Every time a submit a claim you ask for last 12 months of history, which you have! You ask for SOAP which you have! I spend more hours doing the work for you that it's not worth the cost. I still have $5000 in outstanding claims from Apr-Oct
