Because I have a large, pure bred dog (typically prone to more health issues) , I obtained pet insurance for the first time, researching extensively and choosing Pets Best. Though I did not choose the highest plan, I am more than happy with the reimbursement I've received. The response time is good and on the one occasion that I needed to talk to customer service to provide them with more information, they were extremely personable and professional. I have recommended Pets Best to friends. Thank you!

Easy claim filing
My vet is the one who submits the claim, and I love the fact that I get an email stating they received the claim and will be processing. Then another email letting me know the claim has been processed along with the eob.

Reimbursed quickly
Peyton started having seizures when she was barely a year old. I was totally freaked out by the seizures and how much it was going to cost. I was so relieved to find out Pet's Best would cover a good portion of the bill. It alleviated a lot of stress and I could focus on Peyton. She's had several episodes since and each time I was reimbursed quickly. Thanks!

Couldn't ask for better
I just rescued a puppy this past summer and was looking into puppy insurance. I wish I had it for my previous dog. It's great that pets best covers wellness visits as well because they tend to get pricey. I've heard a lot of people say that it's not worth it but to me it is. Yes this first year because she is a puppy she has more trips to the vet for shots and checkups. But it's a relief to know that if god forbid something happens to Nala (my puppy) I won't have to worry about the money aspect because it will be covered I just have to worry about doing what's right for her. When I first sent in her first vet bill I didn't think I would get much back and if I did see any of that money anytime soon just like our insurance. But uploading the claim is so easy and you get a response telling you that they are reviewing your claim and will get back to you in a few days. Their Invoices are the best! They break down everything so you know what you're getting money back for what you didn't get money back why you didn't. Couldn't ask for better service.
