Not only was the online claim submission process easy and comprehensive, we were so appreciative of how promptly our payment was delivered. We never thought we would have to use pet insurance bu then life delivers unexpected situations. And this was a costly one! We are so very thankful to have kept pet insurance with Trupanion. I submitted all supporting invoices etc.
I submitted all supporting invoices, etc. with initial online claim form for Ethan. Apparently they were not transmitted as an email requesting documentation was received; now resubmitted. Until claim has been settled/payment received I cannot rate higher. I based score of 8 upon Trupanion resolution of precious Jewely’s healthcare crisis.
