I submitted my claim and received a notification that the claim was "Not Covered" with no explanation. I called Trupanion only to find out that they couldn't clearly read the vet bills I had submitted. I would think they would have sent me a notification with an explanation and instructions to resubmit my claim. The rep on the phone was helpful and gave me instructions, etc.

Trupanion is the best thing I could have done not only for me but for my pet.
Trupanion is the best thing I could have done not only for me but for my pet. If I didn’t have the insurance there might have been procedures or medications I could not have afforded to do or give her. Reimbursements are received very quickly after bills are submitted. And the phone staff are wonderful in helping with any of you issues. I highly recommend Trupanion to all pet owners!

I always receive prompt responses when I submit a claim. Also, refunds are sent within two weeks of submitting a claim. I have had a great experience so far. I would not have survived without Trupanion.
