Submitted claim was processed quickly & correctly. I had Trupanion's payment before the charges came due on my credit card!

Pets Best insurance allowed me to provide excellent care for Woody, my 17 year-old border collie mix. Thanks to Pets Best for giving us extra time.

Only issue I had was that it seemed to take longer than I expected after submission of the claim to reimburse me for services. Other than that, I have been satisfied with the services provided.

I am impressed with how quickly I'm reimbursed. I have also received prompt answers to a few questions I have inquired on via email. I have found Trupanion to be a an honest company who cares about the animals they insure and I plan to always have the security it provides for me. I love my animals so I'm going to keep giving them the best of care and this insurance company is the one I choose to help me achieve this.
