It was bound to happen and I am thankful we had Spot Pet Insurance when it did. I had to take my fur kid to the vet for X-rays and an ear infection along with follow up appointments. The claim filing process was pretty simple and the reimbursement came quick with no problems. I see reviews with people saying insurance doesn’t do what it is supposed to, well it does. I got insurance on my fur kid when he was a puppy, there were no previous issues. I think that is where some of the comments may come from. We have the illness and accident and I am thankful I decided to stick with it.

I cannot say enough about Trupanion!!
My favorite cat in the entire world has also turned out to be the most medically needy cat I've ever owned, and with 50 years of cat ownership behind me, that's comparing a lot of cats! He has had Trupanion since the age of 2 (now 13 1/2) and has managed to get plenty of use from his insurance. He has had eye problems, has stumped docs with a rare mystery illness that took a month - and countless specialists - to correctly diagnose, followed by over 2 years worth of medication to treat. He has been treated for a parasite that came from out of nowhere, ate a ribbon resulting in emergency surgery, and after a 3am rush to the ER just a week ago, has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure (I am absolutely devastated). Trupanion has covered every condition in the past and has already covered 90% of this new condition, including 3 expensive days in ICU, and will be covering 90% of the cost of the several medications he will need for the remainder of his life -- and that is a life that I would like to prolong for as long as quality of life is possible! Having Trupanion on our team makes it affordable for me to do just that! This furbaby is the sweetest, most loving, most affectionate, most adorable kitty to ever roam this earth, and I am so grateful to Trupanion for taking care of him every step of the way along his crazy little feline life. They are quick, accessible, warm and friendly, caring, and make the process easy. Over the years they have saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars. Without Trupanion, I could not possibly have the financial ability to care for the precious little life of my adorable best friend. His older step-sister has been insured for just as long and has so far, never needed to use it. That's what we all wish for our pets, of course, but she's on her way to 15, and her day may come. If and when it does, I'm more secure knowing that she's covered and Trupanion will take good care of her. I recommend Trupanion to all my pet-owning friends and family and will insure any and all future pets through them in their first year of life. I really can't say enough about Trupanion! Thank you SO MUCH for all you have done and will continue to do for my beautiful little boy!

Insuring My Pet's Well-being
This is my first insurance for my pet and I'm glad I did it. The Wellness policy is great because it reimburses expenses for vet appointments, vaccines, grooming, and practical things we need to keep our pets happy and healthy. Embrace is awesome when processing claims. I sent two claims in and before I was finished checking to see If I had any others, they had processed and approved the claim, wow. I have had to call Embrace to get vet support for my pet who was exhibiting some symptoms I wasn't familiar with and his vet office was closed. They gave me good sound information and suggested things I could do until I was able to get him to his vet. That's an excellent service. I'm going on my third year with Embrace and I have no complaints.
