Embrace comes thru again. Our Lab that had a $4,000. abdominal surgery in Nov '12, had a $4,000.TPLO in Feb '13. In both cases Embrace exceded our expectations. Professional c/s, quick claims processing and easy to deal with in every way.

Embrace has been a great tool during the first few years of raising our 2 yr old Weim. From skin issues to general illness, all of the claims we've submitted that are covered under our policy, have been handled accurately and professionally. Our Portuguese Water Dog is almost 2 and has had Giardia 5 times. She's also gotten a foxtail in her paw and was attacked by a cat (of all things!), which resulted in a couple of expensive visits to the emergency vet. We're thrilled that we have Embrace coverage. The customer service is friendly and excellent. They always send an email to give us an estimate of when we'll hear from them on the claim and we always know what has been reimbursed. We don't have drug coverage, but beyond that, everything has been reimbursed at the 90% rate we chose. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Embrace for pet insurance!
