Since we have been insured with Trupanion, (3) yrs., anytime we have requested informationwe have received excellent customer service in a prompt reply. Recently our Black Russian Terrier had to have a procedure for his hip problem. When our dog was insured at the age of 6-8 weeks, we choose to cover him for Hip Dysplasia. From the start of requesting a quotation to the claim payout, we received prompt attention and a very fast payout- within one week of the procedure date. As we approach retirement age my husband and I decided Jack would be our last dog, since the cost of proper care can be expensive. Thankfully we took out a policy from Embrace when we first got our precious BFF Jack in 2006. He has had one problem after the other. Thanks to the security of his insurance always being there for him, we have been able to keep him healthy. He is almost 8 yrs old now. Can't imagine life without him. THANK YOU Embrace.

I purchased basic insurance on my Neapolitan Mastiff, knowing from past experience it would be worth the piece of mind. His first TPLO surgery was not covered due to time of policy, however the 2nd one was. Thankfully I ended up with 50% coverage the 2nd time around. Thanks Pets Best!

We received our check in a few weeks and it was the exact amount expected, the amount of the bill less our deductible and co-insurance, very easy to understand. Much better than the last pet insurance company we used which had 5 pages of different procedures (medical terminolgy only a vet would understand) with maximum payment amounts for each. You never knew what the reimbursement would be until after the fact.
