Trupanion took care of my claim quickly.
I sent in my claim after my pup needed stitches because he was hurt while playing outside. It was my first time filing a claim, both of my dogs are covered by them. It was extremely easy to file and they settled it in less than 2 days. Definitely much appreciated!!

Awesome insurance for the love of my life.
Since I had my fur baby I had to use the insurance more than 5 times in 2.5 years he had eaten raisin, he ate rat poison, bitten by a pit bull and his follow up visits I had no problems making a claim with the ASPCA pet Ins, I had chosen the 90% plan with $100 deductible.

I would say a year ago I would have given them five stars. I always feel their reimbursements are fair. I'm not sure why the other reviewers felt there was a problem with that. You get back what the policy you picked stipulates. I have had some appeals and after the appeals I get either a great answer or a reimbursement. I actually feel they paid for things that they could have easily denied. They have dropped to four stars because of the reimbursement wait time. I have a current appeal due to a mistake ON MY VETS part (not PetsBest) and the rep told me via phone to expect an answer in six months. That seem really excessive. As stated by others and even PetsBest themselves if you know you have growing pains then a response to this should have already occurred. Otherwise I would still recommend them. It makes me wonder if there is a problem within the company.
