My two dachshunds have been insured through Embrace for a number of years and I've had a wonderful experience with the company. Each claim and inquiry is responded to promptly and I've never had a claim rejected. The reason I selected Embrace is because it doesn't exclude coverage of illness/injury that dachshunds are prone to (back issues). I highly recommend Embrace to anyone looking for quality coverage and customer service.

Healthy Paws Pet insurance was one of the best decision I have made. My pet is my child, so when I found out that she had to have surgery, I was worried, stressed, and sad. On top of worrying about my dog, I also saw the medical bills rolling in. The Healthy Paws family made sure that during this crazy time, that the claims were taken care of in an easy, no hassle, timely manner. With in 3-5 days of filling out a claim, I received a check in the mail. And, to top it off, they sent me emails asking how my dog was doing after her surgery. When I started looking for insurance for my dog, I checked out several different companies. Then I talked to a friend who has several animals and recommended Healthy Paws and I couldn't be happier.

They handled my claims quickly and walked me through any and all questions I had! The ASPCA is marvelous!

Embrace is great so far. We have had it for about 2 years and they have really impressed us. I have contacted them multiple times on the phone and was surprised to talk to a real person each time; usually with no hold time. The employees seem to care and they listen to your concerns and issues. They are are very helpful in solving them with you. They are quick with their payments and there are really no surprises other than great service. I have already recommended them to multiple friends.

The vet faxed the claim form to TruPanion around 5 p.m. after BeBe's last visit. TruPanion acknowledged the claim the next morning and approved payment later in the day, 90% of approved charged (and most were approved) after any deductible.When I have talked with people in the office, they are helpful, courteous, and their love of animals shines through. Their office is, not surprisingly, pet friendly. I recommend TruPanion to everyone I meet who needs pet insurance--and in my opinion, if you have a pet, these days you need insurance.

When our baby was ill this past February with a vomiting, diarrhea and then bloody stool illness, we were very concerned for her. I had recently purchased Healthy Paws Insurance just as a precautionary measure (thinking I will probably never need to use it), but I was relieved that I had. Two days of testing and observation, quickly ran over #$2000.00, but Healthy Paws contacted me via e-mail immediately and took care of everything once the Vet's office sent over the records, and within a week we had reimbursement. The kind claims specialists contacted me daily to make sure everything was okay and this relieved us of the excessive financial worry of our dog's illness.
