I’ve never turned in a claim for the 6 years that I’ve had the policy yet the monthly cost has increased tremendously.

I’ve never turned in a claim for the 6 years that I’ve had the policy yet the monthly cost has increased tremendously. And speaking to Carly was not helpful at all. She obviously has NO clout to try to help keep a customer.
