We had to visit emergency vet on a Sunday night, then followed up with a visit to our regular vet on Monday. Extensive tests were done by both vets. Invoices were submitted late Monday night and within a week, we had received payment by Trupanion directly deposited into our checking account. This could not have been any easier; and that was perfect because we were having a difficult enough time dealing with our sick cat, who today is much much improved.
