The claims experience with Trupanion is so easy. Trupanion’s staff is also kind and caring. I was having account sign in issues and Dustin stayed on the phone with me until everything was sorted out. Then Dustin walked me through how to file a claim for my sick pup, making a really stressful situation so much easier. I can’t say how much I appreciate the kind and caring approach of Trupanion’s staff, no matter what time of day or night.
